Ir. John Yong
Founder
As the Founder and Managing Director, John leads the organisation to ensure project and commitments to stakeholders are delivered. John is actively involved in business strategy, oversees every department and sourcing the next opportunity to realise the vision and goal of Lafrowda Properties.
After completing his Master in Engineering from the University of Exeter, UK and subsequently obtain his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Australia, John applied his skill in construction and property industry both locally and overseas, before co-founding Lafrowda Properties.
John’s enthusiasm and persistent in perusing excellence is the driving force to propel Lafrowda Properties toward its mission in delivering liveable and affordable homes and established itself as a leading figure in the competitive property industry.
Yong Pei Ling
With almost two decades of experience in accounting and finance, Pei Ling is responsible for overseeing many aspects of the group, mainly finance and operations.
Her passion and experience enable her to guide the group financially, including liaising with financial partners and ensuring the group delivers its goals and commitment to the industry stakeholders.
A strong believer of hard work and commitment, Pei Ling had been a strong pillar of the group since she co-found Lafrowda Properties.

Ling Tieng Thai
As the Chief Designer of Lafrowda Properties, Tieng Thai is responsible for the overall design and delivery of various projects in the company’s portfolio.
Known for his strong communication skills, Tieng Thai is well respected for his long standing working relationship with government agencies and public departments. He managed to complete some of the high value projects across commercial, residential, hotel and industrial sectors.
With a Degree in Architectural, his deep understanding in planning and background in multi disciplines design has been a valuable asset to Lafrowda Properties.
Tang Hung Kee
As a pivotal member of the construction team at Lafrowda Properties, Hung Kee’s role covers everything, from overseeing construction, to quality control, to overall management of the group developments.
Hung Kee is a detail oriented person and has the ability to build strong relationship with his construction team. He is good in project management and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Holding a degree in Electrical Engineering, he came from a diverse background with experiences in manufacturing, engineering procurement as well as managing multi disciplines construction projects prior to joining Lafrowda Properties.
Tang Hung Kee
As a pivotal member of the construction team at Lafrowda Properties, Hung Kee’s role covers everything, from overseeing construction, to quality control, to overall management of the group developments.
Hung Kee is a detail oriented person and has the ability to build strong relationships his construction team. He is good in project management and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Cynthia Chau
A key member of the marketing team, Cynthia brings enthusiasm and creativity to all Lafrowda Properties’ projects. She maintains, updates and develops our marketing and communications materials as well as liaises with various stakeholders to ensure the best marketing outcomes are always achieved.
Been in the property industry for more than a decade, Cynthia had worked for a variety of clients and likes to combine out of the box thinking with purposeful solutions whilst harnessing a great belief in the power of collaboration.
Jong Feng Nee
Joining our account and finance team, Feng Nee is an integral part of our accounting team in maintaining day-to-day accounts and assisting with financial reporting, compliance and bookkeeping.
On day-to-day basis, she is responsible for the accounting of various projects and developments within the company’s portfolio. Her strong attention to detail and ability to remain organised are key characteristics for our team to ensure accuracy and precision.
Jong Feng Nee

Christina Sie
A key member of our Contract and Customer Relationship team, Christina works closely with our sales team, ensuring all contracts of sale are executed correctly. She is also the go to person for any contract related questions and is the friendly face all purchasers and residents can rely on to answer any queries regarding their contract and variation requests.
Christina had previously worked in education institution and involved in legal practice. Thus, she had developed strong public relation skills.
